Time Goes On not to be denied in first stakes win

The nation’s leading Third-Crop sire Not This Time got his newest stakes winner of the year on Aug. 13 at Prairie Meadows when Time Goes On out-dueled Sir Wally Wally to win the $75,000 Cyclones S. by a half-length.

The stirring stretch run was set up after Time Goes On stalked the pace then assumed command from a fading Mr. Solo with three furlongs to go. Sir Wally Wally took up the chase and was on even terms at the top of the stretch. Time Goes On was resolute and never let his foe get in front to get the win (WATCH RACE).

Time Goes On is owned by his breeders Albaugh Family Stables and Taylor Brother Properties, LLC. The 4-year-old is now 4-4-2 in 14 starts and has earned $194,081. Time Goes On’s dam Dawnie Macho was a winner of the Landaluce S.

Not This Time has had a brilliant 2022 with his third crop of runners, with more than $8.4 million in progeny earnings and eight black type winners, five of them graded, to date.
