Dirty Dangle broke her maiden Aug. 16 at Woodbine to become the sixth winner for Not This Time, putting him atop the First-Crop sire list by both winners and progeny earnings.
All six of Not This Time’s winners have come in maiden special weights at six different racetracks. Dirty Dangle is his first synthetic racetrack winner.
Dirty Dangle broke very fast and was on the lead in the first few strides, but then settled off the pace before making a three-wide move on the turn to take the lead. She held off Souper Munnings in deep stretch to win by a head in :57.96.
The winner is owned by C. DeMizio and Mary Biamonte and was bred by Nancy Shuford.
