Just One Time draws off to win $100,000 New Start S.

Not This Time got his 10th stakes winner of the year, the most by any Second-Crop sire, on Oct. 22 when Just One Time strolled to a 5 ¾-length victory in the $100,000 New Start S. at Penn National (WATCH RACE).

The win was the fourth in five starts for the 3-year-old filly, who accounted for the $100,000 Malvern Rose S. in July. Owned and bred by Warriors Reward LLC, Just One Time has earned $158,295.

Quick away from the gate, Just One Time pressed Secret Banker through a swift first quarter-mile in :21.61. The two were still side by side at the half-mile mark, when Just One Time exerted her authority and drew away with every stride in the stretch.

The final time for the six furlongs was 1:10.07 on a fast track.

Just One Time is one of three winners out of Ida Clark, who is also responsible for the stakes winner Black Stetson.

Not This Time also leads the Second-Crop sire list by stakes horses with 14 and is just one shy of the top spot by winners with 94 to date. Taylor Made recently announced his 2022 stud fee at $45,000 S&N.
