Graydar chalked up his 14th Second-Crop winner on Sunday afternoon at Santa Anita Park when All Net scampered to a 5 1/4-length maiden win over a muddy racetrack.
After a head-to-head battle for the lead in the first quarter-mile, the chestnut filly began to edge clear on the turn, then really poured it on in upper stretch to leave her foes well behind. She completed the 6 1/2-furlongs in 1:17.75 over the off going.
Graydar’s second crop has performed extremely well in the first few months this year. With 14 winners and nearly $500,000 in progeny earnings to date, he ranks second in both categories for Second-Crop Sires standing in North America this year.
All Net is owned by Jacobson Throroughbreds and was bred by Todd, Chad and Lance Frederick.
