Astrology’s first colt through the ring at the Keeneland September Yearling sale brought a winning bid of $260,000, exactly 40 times the stud fee for the Taylor Made stallion.

Taylor Made Sales Agency, on behalf of Stonestreet, consigned the colt, hip No. 1745. Horizon Marketplace emerged as the winning bidder for bay juvenile. The colt is out of the stakes winner Missile Bay, who is the dam of four-time graded stakes winner Terra Promessa and the stakes-placed filly Mio Me.

Astrology, who is among the leading 2017 Second-Crop sires by winners, has 12 individuals in the remainder of the sale, which runs through Sept. 23.
