Astrology, A.P. Indy’s graded stakes-winning juvenile, sired his first foal on Thursday, Jan. 9th when a colt was born in Ocala, FL.

Bred by Rick Sutherland, the bay colt is out of the French Deputy mare Courriel, a half-sister to multiple stakes winner Summer Cruise and multiple Group-placed performer Rebuttal.

Astrology’s first filly was born on Monday, Jan. 13 at Springland Farm near Paris, KY. The bay filly was bred by Springland Farm and Stuart Angus, and she’s out of the Fusaichi Pegasus mare Ruby Flame, who hails from the family of champion 2-year-old filly Pleasant Stage, Grade 1 winners Changeintheweather and Marsh Side, along with several other graded winners.

Standing as A.P. Indy’s only graded stakes-winning juvenile and Classic-placed 3-year-old at stud, Astrology bred 117 mares in his first book in 2013 at Taylor Made Stallions in Nicholasville, KY. He’s set to stand his second season for a fee of $7,500 stands and nurses. Astrology stands as a Stonestreet/Bolton/Taylor Made Stallions Venture.
