A son of Unbridled’s Song was the highest-priced juvenile sold on day one of the OBS June Sale of Two-Year-Olds in Training.

Hip 56, who worked an eighth of a mile in a bullet :10 at the first pre-sale breeze show, sold for $200,000 at the opening session to Blinkers On Racing Stable.

Consigned by McKathan Brothers, agent, the gray/roan colt is out of the Fusaichi Pegasus mare Kauai Calls, a half-sister to the brilliant multiple Graded stakes winner and popular young sire Old Fashioned (by Unbridled’s Song).

Unbridled’s Song was also the leading sire by average through the first session.
