Callmeoldfashion became Old Fashioned’s eighth winner on Friday when he won a Maiden Special Weight at Woodbine over the Polytrack in his debut. He led the seven-furlong race from the start, pulling away in the stretch to win by 2 1/4 lengths over fellow Old Fashioned 2-year-old Cajun Kiss.

Callmeoldfashion was bred by Linda Pastor and is out of the stakes-placed mare Star Operator, by Quaker Ridge. Trained by Ricky Griffith and owned by Debmar Stables, Callmeoldfashion earned $32,051 for his victory.
