Taylor Made Stallions has set fees for its 2015 roster of stallions in Nicholasville, KY, led by Old Fashioned, a leading second crop sire of 2014 whose new fee will be $12,500 S&N.

Old Fashioned’s success from his first and second crops in 2014 ranked him among the top 3 sophomore sires in North America. The son of Unbridled’s Song was led by three graded stakes winners, including multiple Grade 1-winning 3-year-old Fashion Plate, Grade 3-winning 2-year-old Fashion Alert, and Grade 3-winning 3-year-old Sweet Whiskey.

Eskendereya, the dominant Grade 1-winning son of Giant’s Causeway, was a leading freshman sire in 2014 whose first 2-year-old winners included G2-placed filly and Breeders’ Cup performer Isabella Sings. He remained popular with his second crop of yearlings in 2014, averaging just under $80,000 from 40 sold, and his 2015 fee will remain at $17,500 S&N.

Graydar will enter his second year at stud in 2015 for $15,000 S&N. The imposing Grade 1-winning son of Unbridled’s Song bred a stellar first book of 130 mares in 2014, which included the dams of such recent Grade 1 winners as Constitution, Creative Cause, and Fashion Plate. Graydar also bred several accomplished racemares, including Grade 1 winners Xtra Heat and Nonsuch Bay.

Northern Afleet will stand for $7,500 S&N in 2015 after another solid year of success on the racetrack. He was led by Grade 2 winner and Breeders’ Cup performer Kaigun, and Grade 3-winning 3-year-old Embellishing Bob, among others.

Astrology, A.P. Indy’s graded stakes-winning 2-year-old and Classic-placed 3-year-old, will also stand for $7,500 S&N in 2015. His first crop of weanlings hit the market in 2014, and his first weanling to sell at public auction brought $52,000 at OBS.
