Not This Time, the leading Cumulative Second-Crop by winners and wins, added his latest Saturday at Aqueduct when Dr. Blute won his debut by a widening 5 3/4-lengths.

Not This Time now has accounted for 42 lifetime wins, 13 more than any Second-Crop sire, while his 31 winners is seven ahead of his closest pursuer.

Dr. Blute chased the leaders for the first half-mile of Saturday’s contest, taking over in upper stretch and drew clear to win handily. He covered the six furlongs in 1:11.90 on the sloppy racetrack.

The winner is owned by Flanagan Racing and was bred by Hidden Lake Farm LLC and Axle Ahlschwede. Dr. Blute hails from the family of Grade 1 winner Key Phrase and Herecomesthebride S. (G3) winner Khancord Kid.
